Dear Client,
📌Please note that the listed prices are for informational purposes only. Your booking is valid only once it has been confirmed (e.g., via email or phone).
If the scheduled time no longer suits you and you wish to cancel, please let me know via email, phone, or WhatsApp message.
📌Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment for any reason, please notify me in advance. As rescheduling takes time, cancellations or appointment changes are free of charge if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time (taking business hours into account). For cancellations made within 24 hours, an 80% fee applies, payable via a payment request or at your next visit.
📌Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. In the event of a delay, the duration of your massage will be shortened by the amount of time lost so that I can begin the next client's session on schedule. The full price of the service remains payable in this instance.
📌Mandatory Health Declaration:
To ensure safe and professional care, if this is your first visit, you are required to complete a digital health questionnaire and declaration before the massage begins.
I cannot perform the treatment if you refuse to complete the declaration or fail to disclose health conditions that preclude massage therapy. In this case, the terms set out in the cancellation policy apply to the missed appointment.

🧼 Hygiene Guidelines:
Please arrive for your massage clean, well-groomed, and freshly showered. I cannot perform the massage if you have a contagious skin condition, an open wound, or a fungal infection.
🚫 Professional Boundaries and Ethics:
The salon offers exclusively professional, therapeutic, and wellness-focused refreshing massages. I do not provide any services of a sexual or erotic nature. In the event of any such request, innuendo, or inappropriate behavior, I will immediately terminate the session and permanently ban the client; the full service fee remains payable.
Your personal data is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
By finalizing your booking, you automatically accept the booking policy.
